From the moment me and my sister walked into Oaks office in Williton and being introduced to Orlando, to the service for our mum there customer service has been outstanding. Orlando took care of everything for us. Recommending a celebrant,, ordering the flowers and putting together a lovely tribute to our mum. Nothing was to much trouble. He kept us informed via message email and calling us. Thank you for treating our mum and family with the utmost respect.

I cannot thank the team at Oak Funeral Services enough for their professionalism and kindness in dealing with my dads funeral. Julie in particular was amazing from start to finish. Extremely thorough and her attention to detail was excellent. She made my mum and myself feel very at ease during what was a very stressful and upsetting time. The care that was given to my dad was absolutely first class, which was extremely comforting to know that he was being so well looked after. When it came to the service, Julie delivered it exceptionally along with the rest of the team.
