What To Expect When Arranging A Funeral
The Arrangement Appointment
After you’ve been in touch because someone has died, your funeral director will make an appointment with you to start the funeral arrangements. This appointment can be on the phone or in the funeral home, whichever is easiest for you.
We’ll listen to you
Our colleagues want to help you arrange a funeral that feels right. They’ll ask you about the person who has passed away and you can tell us any ideas you have for the funeral. You only have to talk about them if you feel comfortable, we’ll be guided by you. We’ll then talk you through some decisions you’ll need to make, help with any paperwork and let you know if there’s anything else you need to do.
We’ll be clear about all the costs
We will always be open and clear about our prices and any third-party costs. Once you’ve made some decisions about the funeral you’ll be given an estimate. We’ll talk you through your financial options, different ways to pay and when payments need to be made.
We’ll be there for you all the way through
Our team will support you from the moment you get in touch with us, through all the arrangements, the day of the funeral and even afterwards.

We are a completely independent and family owned company and our aim is to provide affordable Contemporary or Traditional funerals anywhere in the South West.
Our services can cost as little at £1,100* for a direct cremation and from £1,950 plus dismemberment fees for bespoke traditional service.
We are happy to come and visit you in your own home if you are unable to come to us and we will always do everything we can to answer any questions you might have.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
